Terms of Service

The operating terms for customer use of the Apricot AI portal, messaging channels, and operator workflows.

Service scope

Apricot AI provides customer portal, channel-management, operator, and chatbot runtime functionality for approved tenants. Use of the service is limited to lawful business communication and internal operational use connected to your tenant.

Authorized use

Customer users may use Apricot AI only for their organization and only through accounts and roles granted to them. You must not:

  • attempt to access another tenant's data or conversations;
  • use the service to violate platform rules, privacy rights, or applicable law;
  • interfere with service security, availability, or abuse controls;
  • submit credentials or channel connections you are not authorized to manage.

Customer responsibilities

Each customer is responsible for the content it sends through connected channels, for the permissions it grants to its own users, and for the external messaging accounts or pages it authorizes through Apricot AI.

Availability and changes

Apricot Labs may improve, maintain, or modify the service over time. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, channel-provider outages, or operational incidents. Nothing on this page creates a guaranteed uptime commitment unless your organization has a separate written agreement that says otherwise.

External platforms

Some features depend on third-party platforms such as Meta and Telegram. Those platforms have their own terms, policies, and technical limits. Apricot AI cannot control third-party policy decisions, account restrictions, or outages outside the service.

Termination or suspension

Apricot Labs may suspend or limit access if use appears unsafe, abusive, unauthorized, or likely to create operational or policy risk. Customer organizations may also request channel disconnects or access removal through their authorized administrators.
