How to submit a request
Send deletion requests to apricotai@apricotspace.com from an email address associated with the relevant customer account or organization.
What to include
To help Apricot Labs locate the correct records, include as much of the following as possible:
- customer organization or tenant name;
- the email address of the portal user making the request;
- the messaging channel involved, such as Instagram or Telegram;
- the relevant account, page, bot, or conversation details;
- whether you want full deletion, channel disconnect, or a review of stored information.
How requests are handled
Apricot Labs reviews each request, verifies authority where needed, and then applies the appropriate action for the affected tenant, channel, or account. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or active customer-support matters.
Channel-related data
For connected channels such as Instagram, a deletion request may involve disconnecting the tenant channel, removing stored connection information that is no longer required, and reviewing message or account records associated with that tenant.
